Services Rendered by ATDC

ATDC has rendered yeomen service to the Apparel industry for the last 25 years having trained over 325,000 candidates both in Longer-term & Short-term vocational courses equipping them with skills for different tiers of manufacturing jobs in apparel export sector. ATDC being nominated as the Nodal Agency under Component-I of ISDS, MoT, GoI, ATDC has emerged as the largest Pan-India quality Vocational Training Provider for “Apparel” sector having completed training to over 215,000 candidates under ISDS till June, 2017.

ATDC has dedicated directly run Pan-India training network of over 175 ATDC-SMART Centres including 65 ATDC Vocational Institutes (AVI) offering courses under various Central Govt schemes like Samarth-MoT, DDU-GKY, NULM etc. besides implementing training projects of State Skill Missions.

Besides offering training at its centres ATDC is also offering additional services to the industry

• “ATDC-SMART-Inside Training Cells” with in Apparel Factories who need to provide infra support of built-up space and sewing machines etc. and other aminities to train candidates, free of cost, at your doorstep.
• ‘Industry ready certified skilled workforce” to join your manufacturing units.
• “RPL-Recognition of Prior Learning” upskilling your existing workforce in various job roles with Assessment & Certification by MSDE, GoI.
• ATDC-IAM Continuing Education Programs, Workshops & Industry Projects.
• ‘Textiles & Apparel Testing’ facilities at select ATDC Centres.
• ‘20% Fee discount’ for sponsoring candidates belonging to dependants of your workforce to any of training programmes and workshops conducted by ATDC.

ATDC has also executed MoU with AEPC to offer industry ready skilled workforce to accelerate placements with leading garment exporters. One can avail these services as an Exporter, Retailer, or as Individual of above mentioned services offered by ATDC to get certified & trained candidates for quality & compliance
